Shipping Policy

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

NOTE: All payment, shipping, or return requests should be submitted to Bongo at Support@BongoUS.com

Return Policy

Returns for Exchange:

All non special order Vision X products are returnable, as long as the items are complete and in the original packaging.  We strive to work with our wholesale dealers to achieve the right mix of inventory and offer liberal exchange and stock rotation policies.  For a comprehensive written statement containing our policies or to request an authorization to return merchandise, please send an email to returns@accessorypartners.com 

 

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON INSTALLED OR USED PARTS.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  If you, our customer either order in error or otherwise change
your mind post purchase, we are happy to accept your return.  We ask only
that you cover original outbound shipping cost, the cost to return the
unwanted items to us and in addition, our costs to open and inspect the
items, re-package and re-stock the items and fees we incur when we process
your credit card or PayPal payment.  In summary, you are responsible for
shipping charges both ways and 20% restock fees.  Your credit amount will
equal the actual price paid for the items only (less shipping) minus 20%.
Items received in less than perfect (new) condition are not eligible for a
refund.  Parts that appear to have been installed or partially installed are
not eligible for a refund.

 

Please contact us in advance in order to obtain a return authorization
number.  Packages without return authorization number marked clearly on the
package(s) may be refused at our dock.

Applies only for lower 48 US states. Shipping will be quoted for customers living outside of the lower 48 US states at time of order or after order is placed. You can call or live chat us for a shipping quote as well.

We will honor the Vision X factory warranty on all Vision X items.  Should you have a problem with any Vision x product, please fill out our RMA request (return merchandise authorization).

for FREE SHIPPING orders, PLEASE NOTE: 

If your items are eligible for warranty coverage (problem due to manufacturers defect), your items will be repaired or replaced and returned to you.  In certain instances, we may authorize a refund if you simply change your mind and don't want the product any longer.  In such circumstances (our discretion), if you received "free shipping" on your original order, you will be refunded the original purchase price less our cost for original outbound shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  For every product returned, we need to inspect, test-fire and carefully repackage the item (if brand new) before we are able to re-sell the item.  We are happy to perform that service for you should you change your mind about your purchase but ask that you cover our cost to re-package and re-stock the item.  In short, if we are able to authorize a refund on returned goods, you will receive the product price minus outbound shipping charges and minus a 15% re-stock fee.

Actual purchases are eligible for our free shipping offer.  A return for refund negates the eligible purchase (net purchase amount =$0) and you will be charged outbound shipping charges.

Please call us directly with any questions regarding our return policies.  Our goal is to insure that you get the products you want and the warranty and follow up service you deserve.

Products Returned for Exchange

If you return a product for exchange and it arrives in like-new condition and in original packaging, we at our discretion can opt ot waive the restock fee and allow full store credit for the returned items.
